Women's Christmas

Tonight's our annual Women's Christmas in honour of the Irish tradition of Nollig na Mna when the women gather, free of responsibilities, to share stories, throw off the old worries and welcome in new possibilities.

Some will arrive stressed, some with a little shyness, some ready to celebrate and all with curiosity and enthusiasm.  As women do, we quickly find common ground and the conversation flows as we share the highs and lows of the past year whilst eating and drinking and enjoying having time for ourselves.

Its amazing to have such a group of diverse talent in one room.  .

To a women we all feel motivated to use the year ahead to make a difference in the world. We write down the things we were letting go of and throw them into the fire.  We burn sage to cleanse ourselves of old attachments and drink champagne to seal our intentions for the future.

Proper modern Goddesses all!
