When the heat is on and you find yourself coming to a boil and about to erupt - quickly find something to help you change your state. It could be something as daft as dancing on the spot, as simple counting backwards from 10, or as accessible as taking three full breaths - anything that breaks the stress circuit in your body and creates a new neural pathway to inner calm. The more you do this the stronger the new pattern will become, the easier it will be to reach your true potential.
