Is there someone you are dreading seeing over Christmas? Someone you fear might start an argument, or with whom you have unresolved issues?   Every time you think of them, visualize them feeling peaceful and loving toward themselves, you and the world around them.  
You can't change other people, but you can change the way you think about them.
