It doesn't mean:
- you've failed
- you're useless
- you blew it
- you lost.
- get curious
- dig deeper
- look for solutions
- ask yourself smart questions.
'What new understanding can I get from this?'
'Where else have I encountered the feelings I am experiencing?'
'What childhood experience does this person/event remind me of?'
'What am I being asked to learn here?'
'How can I see this differently?'
Smart questions help to lift the lid on emotions and feelings that may have been long buried, and these feelings are like a rich resource that lead to creative solutions to problems.
