Relationship Training Forum

The first Monday evening of the month from 6.30 - 9.00 there is an informal gathering called the Forum at the Relationship Training Centre. Its an opportunity to meet like minded people who are interested in personal development and who are looking for tools to help them communicate more effectively in their lives and relationships.

Each month is different depending on who attends and what they want to talk about/address. Sometimes there is teaching about the Stages of Relationship, sometimes there will be an exercise on Transformational Communication - it really depends on what you want from the evening as it is lead by the group process. Its a great introduction to the work we do and also acts as a support for those already on their journey.
